We accept all major credit/ debit cards, cheques, wire transfer & bacs payments. In addition we accept official purchase orders from local authorities, government, education, financial, healthcare, & other official corporate bodies at our sole discretion.
All cheques, bacs, and wire payments must be cleared before any item(s) can be dispatched (please allow up to 7 working days for clearance). No item(s) will be dispatched until we are in receipt of the original order. For bacs payment details please contact our customer services department.
Ownership of the item(s) shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full (cleared funds).
Your order for item(s) is subject to stock availability. If we do not supply item(s) to you for any reason we will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for those item(s), and will refund any money already paid by you for these item(s). We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order.
All prices quoted or displayed are in UK pounds sterling and shall be the price inclusive of vat, set out on the website at the time your order is placed. A delivery charge may be added and clearly shown in the orders section of the shopping cart before any online order can be placed, or as quoted by phone. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties. If due to an error or omission the price published for the item(s) on our website is wrong we have the right to terminate an order provided the item(s) have not been dispatched. We will try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but should an error occur we would inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.
Payment for item(s) must be made in accordance with our purchase procedure as set out on our website. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with that are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect or unsubstantiated details.
All new item(s) are sold with the benefit of a minimum 12-month manufacturer's guarantee. Full guarantee details are available with your product, or from our customer services team. It is your responsibility to complete and return any purchase registration forms enclosed with the item(s) to the manufacturer if any are provided.
If item(s) are deemed tampered with in any way your guarantee will become void and you will be responsible for the costs of replacement and all delivery fees. If no manufacturing fault is found you will be responsible for the costs of replacement and all delivery fees. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. We will not be liable for any transit damage that may occur on any product you have returned to us for replacement. We strongly suggest that you make sure you have used sufficient packaging to protect your product and insure against damage before returning any product for replacement. The guarantee does not cover, accidental damage, modifications to, failures not due to manufacturing defects, failure to comply with the original manufacturers' conditions of intended use, any accessories supplied. We cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from unauthorized repairs to equipment during the guarantee period. Only the product manufacturer or their authorized service agents can carry out any guarantee work. Any unauthorized repairs or repair attempts will void the guarantee.
In relation to new item(s) the company will accept liability for defective item(s) only to the extent that the company is entitled to make a successful claim under the manufacturer's guarantee terms and obtain from the manufacturer a refund, credit, repair or replacement of the defective item(s).
To make a successful claim against the manufacturer we reserve the right to instruct an independent body such as FIRA international who will produce a fully independent and impartial written report on the item(s) in question. This report will be issued to all parties.
Upon the FIRA report we will either exchange the item(s), repair the item(s), refund the purchase or reject the claim.
A FIRA inspection typically costs £60 plus vat. The buyer is responsible for this cost, however this cost will become fully refundable only if the item(s) are found to be defective in the FIRA report.
Our final decision does not affect your statuary rights.
Complaints in relation to defective item(s) must be substantiated by photographic evidence.

On the day of delivery (applicable to the 2 man delivery service only), the delivery team will attempt to place item(s) into the room of your choice, please ensure the delivery team can gain easy access to the room and that the area you want the product to go into is clear of any obstructions. Item(s)s that cannot be placed into the room of your choice will be left at a location convenient to the driver. Please be aware item(s) can only be delivered to the ground floor only.
We recommend you remove hanging pictures, nails, light fixtures and fittings etc along the path of the delivery route since we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred to personal belongings.
Change of address: We will deliver to other addresses at your written request but stress that if instructed to do so you are agreeing that anyone situated at this alternative delivery address has your written authority to accept item(s) on your behalf. We will need your authorisation to deliver to a different address in writing, please use the contact form to write to us. We will accept no responsibility for item(s), damaged or otherwise once they have been delivered and signed for at your requested 3rd party address.
If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture, we recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new item(s) have arrived and been successfully assembled.
If you are not available to take delivery on the agreed day, you may have to pay a re-delivery fee. Re-delivery prices vary from product to product due to size and weight.

Mattresses & Bedding. For reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange duvets, pillows, mattresses or mattress toppers once the packaging has been opened.
Furniture: Once an attempt at assembly has been started, we are unable to accept returns as the item(s) is deemed to have been used.
We cannot organise the recovery of unwanted item(s) on your behalf. You need to arrange the return of the item(s) to us at your expense.
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned item(s). We highly recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we will be unable to refund item(s) that have not been signed for at our premises.
When returning an item(s) it is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) is packaged properly and carefully so that no damage is caused to the item(s). Failure to do so may result in your collection/return being refused and/or any refund due being reduced.
If you are returning item(s) due to error or change of mind then they must be returned/collected in a re-saleable condition failing which refunds or exchanges may not be accepted.
Once the item(s) are received by us in re-saleable condition we will authorize a refund. We will issue your refund minus our original shipping costs to you for that item(s).
Free gifts are non returnable and will become chargeable should you decide to return your original purchase within the 30 day returns period. The value amount of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order and the item(s) have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must refuse the item(s) if an attempt at delivery is made.
Once the item(s) arrive back at our warehouse we will authorize a refund. We will issue your refund minus our original shipping costs to you for that item(s).
If you do not return the item(s) or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the item(s) and a refund will not be authorized.
We regret made to measure item(s) and European sized mattresses which are made to order cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once the order has been accepted by us.
Once our returns department has processed your refund application, the details will be passed through to our accounts department to refund your card, or if you paid through PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited. Due to the banking process, it takes 3-5 days to appear on your statement.
Please ensure that you only sign for the actual number of parcels you receive. We are unable to replace item(s) free of charge if you have signed for the incorrect number of parcels.
Do not sign for damaged item(s). At the time of delivery, please check thoroughly for damage that may have happened in transit. If the driver cannot wait for you to carry out a thorough doorstep inspection, you must sign for the item(s) as 'damaged' and clearly write the word 'damaged' on the delivery drivers notes. If you then discover damage later, we will ship out replacement parts free of charge.
Some mattresses will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect the item(s). If they are damaged, signs of this damage will be clearly visible on the outer packaging.
Reporting damage after you have signed acceptance renders us unable to replace the damaged item(s) free of charge and replacement parts and delivery of these parts will become chargeable.
We request photographic evidence when processing a damaged item(s) claim.
The item(s) we sell are of a technical nature and are continuously evolving and improving. Whilst we endeavour to publish as much up to date information as is practical about the item(s), manufacturers and suppliers may change details such as ticking’s, fabric, materials, finishes, fillings, colours, fibres and dies without giving any prior notice. Therefore, all images and descriptions are for giving an approximate idea of the item(s) only at that time. We endeavour to keep all images and descriptions accurate and up to date but cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies that may occur.
We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We make every effort to deliver item(s) within the estimated time-scales (with the exception of weekends & public holidays), however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and if so delayed, we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.
We have no liability to you financially or otherwise for any delay that may occur. Also, we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims due to any delay in delivery that may arise.
We shall not be liable to you for any failure in performance of our contract. If it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of god, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest and national emergencies.
All item(s) and products are subject to availability.
These terms are subject to English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
