All orders received before 3.00pm (Mon - Fri) are guaranteed to be dispatched same day, subject to availability.

Every effort is made to ensure our carriers deliver your mattress before 12pm next working day.

You are required to accept the delivery of your mattress with a signature, so please make the appropriate arrangements.

You can also choose to have your mattress delivered on Saturday. This is entirely optional and incurs an additional fee of £29.00

Instructions for Unpacking your new mattress

Your mattress will be delivered in a plastic seal and an outer protective cardboard box

Before removing any inner plastic packaging, always check to ensure you have received the correct mattress.

Please ensure your mattress is fully aired in order to dissipate the odours associated with any brand new product.
